Refund Policy

At Romanian Souvenirs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Some items such as perishable goods, personalized/custom-made items, and clearance sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit instead

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@romaniansouvenirs.com with a photo and description of the issue.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
